Lyft was very thorough in their hiring process. I was required to meet with the HR, the hiring manager multiple times, a second manager from another market, as well as each member of the direct leadership team in the location I was hired to. All interview questions were different, yet each interviewer was positive and enjoyable to talk to. Overall it was a thought-provoking and exciting experience.

Standard interview process. Recruiter>hiring manager>panel
Recruiter to make sure you had a pulse and weren't lying.
Hiring manager to see if you're what they're looking for.
Panel was three people. Two were peers from other markets, one from a cross-functional partner. Basically checking cultural fit.
Average difficulty, also included take home test. There were 3 round of interviews that included a presentation of take home test. Everyone was friendly and answered all questions I had
The interview was timely, professional, to the point, the interviewer discussed the salary up front to avoid wasting anyone's time or efforts. Overall it was a very beneficial friendly discussion
