Entretien
The first interview was with a group, which can usually be a little awkward, but they facilitated it in a way that was really personable and laid back. We also each had a chance to speak with multiple current supervisors at Lyft, so I felt like I really had a chance to let them get to know me on a personal level and we could better understand each other's values.
The second and final interview consisted of a few one on one sessions with different supervisors. The first session centered around a couple role-playing scenarios where I had to answer calls. This was pretty high-pressure in the moment for me, but what I appreciated was that we were able to debrief after each one, and if I had made any mistakes, I had the opportunity to communicate that and talk about it a bit.
Overall, I really had the sense that while Lyft is looking for employees that have a a certain level of experience and can work well under pressure, what they're really looking for is people who fit the culture of the company and see eye to eye with their values.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entretien
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
