Entretien
First round was a 15 minutes phone call. Second round was an onsite interview. The first portion was with a group watching a video about the company, the second portion was a speed-dating type interview where three separate people came in to ask questions for 10 minutes each. The third portion was sending an email in reply to an angry customer. Final interview was over the phone for an hour, where they gave you scenarios and you had to act as a customer service representative to assist them.

What was a difficult situation that has happened in the past and how did you handle it?
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entretien
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
