J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
The process lasted for a couple months. I was happy where I was and they were in the process of bringing on a manager for my position, so we were in no rush. I was referred by a Lyft employee and had an initial phone screen with one of their recruiters. The next step was an online test involving mostly gmat style questions, data analysis, and some qualitative questions. After a couple of lunch meetings/interviews over the course of a few weeks, they brought me in for a 5 or 6 1:1 interviews and a presentation to a panel (that I had a week to prepare for). Following that, they got me an offer within a few days and after a week of negotiations we had a deal. Despite the long process, the recruiter did a great job of communicating and being transparent about the process, keeping me excited and informed.
Interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by hiring manager, then 3 panel interviews. The final interview was onsite with the hiring manager. The entire process took almost one month.
Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day
