Technical Interview was very good Managerial Interview was not good as Interviewer was psychopath. He asked irrelevant and inappropriate questions which has no relation with job profile. They are in mood that they were doing time pass and doesn't want to select Candidate.

Why you want to switch ? If we offer you same salary with lower profile will you join ? Be clear you are switching for money.. ryt ? If someone give more package will you join that company ?
