video conference with 3 people (?) with screen sharing for coding test. The screen share was so small and I couldn't see clearly. I was straining my eyes most time trying to code on the screen share. Interviewers are only asking the questions, they do not have much technical knowledge. If you answer a tab bit wrongly, whole question is wrong, no half points.

Depends only on the client you are being hired for. There are mostly dependent on clients only. Sometimes 2 client rounds, sometimes one internal and one client round. They mostly have banking clients in SG.

5-step interview that took almost 2 months. It includes HR screening, tech interview, manager interview, tech interview with client, and manager interview with client. It also requires making a full background check with unnecessary validation of documents.

I didn't have interview with recruiter, I've been sent straightforward to technical interview with BA.
She was cold and unfriendly, whole interview process was so tense.
And in the end I got a rejection but with no explanation at all. What I did wrong, what are my areas for improvements. At least something.
