After submitting the resume, the recruiter called me to ask a few questions and we set up a zoom call a few days later. I waited for 15 minutes in the zoom call, but nobody showed up and the recruiter did not contact me or reply to my messages after this. I even tried to to contact the company via their website to ask what happened. A week later, no reply.

Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn only, sent me a number of questions in advance. Never actually spoke with the recruiter on the phone, only on Linkedin. Got scheduled for a 45 min interview with a manager then another shorter one with a more senior leader. Was supposed to do one more interview with the client, then two weeks went by, multiple check is with the recruiter later I'm told they are not filling the role anymore. Huge waste of time that went on for about a month if not longer.
