Two part interview. 1-2 hours interview, then a two part 3 hour second interview. Questions were pretty conceptual and tested critical thinking rather than generic interview questions. Need to have knowledge in manufacturing processes, materials, assembly.

First round: 1 hour interview. Technical questions about manufacturing processes and solving issues that arise in manufacturing environments. Second round: 2 1.5 hour interview. First interview is another technical interview about manufacturing. Second interview was a role play situation, this part was challenging. Everyone I interviewed with was nice and helpful during the process.
