Interviewers were conversational and tested knowledge. They asked about personal situations and interests. The interview was in an unprofessional environment. Interviewers conversed with themselves about interoffice topics. They are looking for a very specific type of individual. They seemed a little arrogant and might have a bit of a superiority complex. I wasn't the one they were looking for. It was not an unpleasent experience on the whole.
