Entretien
I submitted my resume during college job fair. They called after two weeks and arranged a phone interview. Then they call again after a week and arranged for skype interview, they canceled the skype date by a delay. Then they arranged an in person interview. It was in a hotel. The feedback was positive and they asked me to go to Pennsylvania for the next round but I had another offer so I declined.

There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

commissioning Lutron lighting systems and shading solutions. background in electrical field and IT helps to deal with Electrical contractors and customers. The interview was a great way to learn the company culture and values

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
