The interview process was far to fast. I did a Skype interview first that went bad. To my surprise I was called for a second interview very fast. The second interview was in person and was held by an employee working within the company for 2 months! The way she explained the business and how you grow made it seem like this was a pyramid scheme. I got a call back from the company congratulating me and officially offering me the position, I kindly declined as this did not seem to be a good place to work.
