This is a pyramid scheme posing as real company. Upon a simple google search I discovered many other people had the same experience. Don't waste your time with the interview, or at least do your research on this company prior.

Entretien
1. Two interviewees together to meet HR. Basic introduction of yourself and some questions about your experience.
2. One-to-one. Show you the company's training system in a whole picture and ask your questions and insights of it.
3. Fill a question form about the above introduction and some detail question about the on-board time.
