The interview was of average difficulty overall, and the interviewers were friendly and professional throughout the process. The atmosphere was quite comfortable, and they were willing to guide the conversation rather than making it feel overly stressful or aggressive.
Most of the questions were focused on practical understanding rather than very advanced technical algorithms. The interview covered areas such as basic supply chain knowledge, demand and supply planning concepts, procurement process understanding, and basic optimization ideas. They also asked about my previous work experience, especially how my past projects were related to data analysis, optimization, business process improvement, or decision support.
