It was intentionally confusing application process:
First, Lumenalta is a rebrand of Clevertech, so you can check their reviews as well. I know this for sure because of their outdated recruiting page, which still has a Clevertech-branded footer.
Application:
I tried to apply online, and it quickly turned into a mess because you can never predict how many steps are left to complete the application:
1. You fill out a basic form, as usual.
2. You’re asked to answer a couple of questions with a video. Hmmm, still fine because it’s short.
3. You’re then prompted to answer optional (or “optional”) questions, which takes a while.

4. But then, they ask you to complete an extra assessment. It’s obligatory!
Since it’s hard to predict how much time the process will take, I decided to give up.

Question 1
Tell us about your previous experience working at a multinational consulting firm.
I submitted application for the Delivery Manager Role . The process involved submitting couple of video responses and also aptitude exam. After the process , there was no update and no mechanism to track . The job was opened 3 months back and still it’s open. Seems like a scam
This Job required me to do a recorded interview and a personality Assessment. After completing both I hear back saying they never received an assessment and put my candidature on hold. I emailed the team as directed with no response back.
It was a bizarre and sketchy experience.
