Entretien
After applying for this role, I was asked to record a 1:30secs video. The initial video with the question never played, even after refreshing my browser multiple times. I decided to record a video introducing myself and my skills without knowing what the question was.
Then I got an assessment with 50 questions to be answered in 15mins.
It’s not a good look if your interview system is broken as an organization.

Entretien
Interview process was straightforward over zoom, and after the recruiter sent me a timed aptitude test. The next steps would have been a phone call with the CEO, had I not been rejected.
