Smooth and responsive. Never had to chase after the recruiter for updates. Would be open to opportunity in the future but im happy now. The work seemed to offer a very rewarding comp plan.

Question 1
What was your most challenging professional decision?
Online video based interview / screening. You reply to recorded questions asked by what may be Lumen employees. Takes about 20-25 minutes. Once you complete the videos there are two skill games that aren't too hard
It was fine. The HM was quick and effieient, the recruiter was nice. Sales is super sharky there, only do it if you're really down to sell. Adding more words here to hit the 30 word minimum.
