Applied through their online portal. I had to create a dedicated account at their HR site to apply, which is annoying. No personal contact and an email that they are not accepting applications for the position - even though it's still listed online. Also, I then started to receive weekly updates and spam email from their HR system. I'm trying to apply for a job, not sign up for a mailing list.

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
