First interview was a series of questions that you record a video response for. You can redo or re-record your response one time. The system was very easy to navigate, and user friendly. The only downside is that it is very impersonal since you don’t ever speak to a person. All communication was through email, and a link to the virtual interview.

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
