It was quite a lengthy process, which i did not expect. Also , they keep a lot of formalities. I had to go for 1:1 sessions thrice , which was not a feasible option as i was already working. But they did not give any option like Skype or phonic interview. The recruitment team is friendly but a little confused. I joined the company looking at the salary structure. Its been 6 months now. Hope I have a good career growth ahead.
