The automated screener app was buggy, and watching myself while recording the interview was very distracting. I was surprised to get a call from the live HR rep afterwards, because I thought I did far below my interview capability. Still didn’t get the job, though.

Phone screen interview with hiring manager. Then an in-person panel interview with manager, sales engineer, and a peer. Several a days after the panel, there was a final interview with regional manager. The decision was made during the panel, which was fairly rigorous. With questions coming in from different directions and from varied job titles it helped to be prepared in advance. The final interview felt more like a box to check.
