The interview process 3 of 3 were all completed over the phone. The first was basic information and assessment of character. Mostly your baby basic questions. The 2nd interview was situational questions. Like how would you handle stress, and describe a time you had to make a hard choice ect. 3rd and final interview was tech related questions. Very simple stuff like where is the control panel located or how could you check to see if a person is connected to the Internet.
