The hiring and interview process was really hard for me. I was asked a lot of questions about scenarios that I had never encountered, which left me with no answer to the questions I was asked. The supervisor who interviewed me was not to friendly and made me feel inferior to him.

30 Minute call with the recruiter.
30 Minute call with the hiring manager.
30 Minute call with 3 regional VP's which was way too short.
A task to do an internal sales plan for a current customer and present the deck to the hiring manager.
30 minute VP of sales interview.

Entretien
Was sent an online interview email, with standard questions on managing accounts. Second portion of first interview also includes game or thought processing games. Interesting, no results given afterwards and was not called for second round.
AI driven is the first part of the interview.
then you are interviewed by the manager of the team.
Simple but the AI portion is a bit weird.
Overall not a bad experience but the managers can be very different and if they don't like you they might send you to interview with another manager.
