I submitted my resume, i had an interview with the temp agency i was going through. It was pretty simple and laid back. They prepared me on what to expect. I had a face to face interview in the Centurylink building with 2 supervisors. It included some role playing, what i knew about the company etc. I also was asked to type up a letter for a specific scenario. My scenario was an upset customer that was requesting an adjustment for something that was his fault.
