It was a thorough interview, there is someone there to document your response to each question, the questions seemed to correspond well to the expectations of the job. One perc of this interviewing process was being able to interview directly with the hiring manager.

Basic interview questions in the STAR format (thats all they use!). Round table interview on the phone with 4 people asking questions. A little disjointed but thats how CL operates.
