Had an initial call with their head of recruiting, who was great to talk to, very pleasant and informative. Everything about the company seemed great and he was very open. 1st technical interview was with a 3rd party company called Karat. Horrible experience. First task was to "describe a problem you've worked on and its solution," which is fine, except I was expected to do it in 5 minutes, which is not a reasonable amount of time to describe any interesting problem, much less its solution. Coding challenge was mostly fine, but a dumb "gotcha" kind of question with a needless time limit. The interviewer was also unfriendly, acted like a robot, and had a mic that made him almost impossible to understand.
