The interview process was somewhat average and there was no data structures and algorithm test just pure coding challenge and discussions on previous project you have worked on or teams too and how you went about tackling those problems

Overall process was great. All steps are pretty well documented. You have time to raise your questions on each of the steps. Most of the people involved were amazing. Company seems strong data driven, so they frequently ask you for metrics to support everything you say during the process. Sadly the feedback they give you back is not that strong. Process takes about a month, and after that the answer came with almost no info about the decision. Was quite disappointed about this. Steps: 1. React native quizz 2. Recruiter interview 3. Hiring manager interview (experience on methodologies, past experiences, teams and roles involved) 4. Tech task. Expo project involving a list and a form 5. Tech interview (review task, past experience and tech questions) 6. Behavioral interview (they ask you to speak about concrete examples from your past experience matching a proposed scenario.
