The whole interview process consisted of two rounds: a personal fit and one case study interview. The first interview was conducted over the phone. It took around 30-45 minutes and was primarily focused on personal fit. HR was very lovely, and it seems like that did quite well at this part. After a few days, I got a call that I passed the first round and received information for the second round. In particular, HR informed me that the second round consists of a case study, which needs to be solved within 48 hours and finally needs to be presented at the second interview with HR and a venture development manager. It was a challenging case study, which required several assumptions to deliver a good case solution, but it was fun. Overall, the interview process was very professional, and the final feedback was very constructive.
