Submission of the application, assessment test, 30 min online interview, assessment day in Frankfurt including 90min cognitive test, 3 interviews with external psychologist. One interview being a role-play, the other interview a small case study about some topic out of the aviation industry and the third one was a classical job interview with classic questions
