The interview was very relaxed and informal. A few postdocs interviewed me and asked general questions about my background and education. There were no technical questions so the interview felt more like a conversation about the research I had done in school. I had little direct experience in the specific field of research, so questions were focused on familiarity with general molecular biology concepts and work ethic. Each person took about 15-30 minutes.
