When contacted I went to the corporate site in Lakewood and to a short aptitude test and then I was interviewed by 4 different people. After the interview I was called by human resources and offered a position as an electrical apprentice. I accepted the position and then I was scheduled for an orientation. I had to wait for the weekend and then come in on the assigned day.

They'll either give you a phone call or email you, then a phone call interview. The hr lady was extremely sweet and from the way she made it sound working for ludvik is a lot like working at a family company.
