They were attentive and detailed througout our conversation. They also need you to know the menu which they can assess through a food knowledge test. Overall, a wonderful and insightful process.

Easy and fun, and friendly they sit you down in lobby give you a lollipop and the bbq smells run through nose, then they take you back to a booth for a series of questions on the establishment and yourself

You have to take a test, they give you a menu to study. The interview itself was easy but the test threw me off. It wasn't hard but didn't need to memorize a bit of the menu
