One of the worst screening/interview processes I’ve ever experienced. Gigi Thompson reached out to schedule time and she was combative from the start. Interrupting my answers and clearly did not want to do this intake. It got to the point where I told her that this clearly was a bad fit and ended the call. Good luck attracting talent if this is a candidates first impression with the organization.
