I had high expectations given the company's reputation in the EV industry, but unfortunately, my interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer’s approach came across as harsh and dismissive, making it difficult to engage in a productive conversation. I was hoping for a more respectful and professional interaction that reflected the company's values.
Overall, the experience felt like a missed opportunity and left me questioning the company's commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.

I applied online.
I had an initial phone screen with HR. Followed by zoom interview with Hiring Manager. Then I had a panel interview.
After this HR ghosted me and didn't bother to respond.
I felt very unprofessional and completely lost the interest to work here.
No wonder their production is very slow.

it was a fast process. One phone screening and one technical interview, and one manager interview. Phone screening had general questions. Technical questions were about SQL that you had to code virtually.
