Initial interview with Recruiter, then with Hiring Manager. Then with five employees in separate interviews over two hours a week later. Two of the interviews of the final interview block started late. No follow-up from Recruiting for three months until I followed up, and then I was told I didn't make the cut.
I understand Lucid has been going through cuts and various industry issues, but it's poor form and extremely inconsiderate to not follow-up with and/or communicate with candidates - particularly when they've gone through an entire interview life cycle.
I understand not being a fit for a team. I don't understand a company that fails to properly communicate with candidates - whom they deemed fit to interview over three hours -
and particularly when communication was a key issue raised during the interview process.
Poor Form.
