The process began with a recruiter contacting me via linkedin with the opportunity noted above. Here we exchanged the job description and resume and agreed to set up a phone screening interview. Had (2) HR screening calls because the recruiter was late calling on a Friday afternoon and did not want to spend the extra time discussing questions. Then was instructed that had moved on to the Hiring Manager phone interview phase. Phone interview went well. Had followed up multiple times with Recruiter before hearing that all feedback thus far had been positive & only working out schedules. Recruiter then indicated that another recruiter (previously worked with) would be contacting me to set up a half-day in person interview schedule. After hearing nothing for multiple days, reached out to said recruiter who had not been instructed to do so. Nonetheless, the person set up my in-person interviews for 2 weeks later. Showed up for in-person, and HR recruiter was no where to be seen. Another employee escorted me to interview room (where I was supposed to have 15 minutes with recruiter). Then proceeded to have (4) 1-hour interviews. Next day received phone call that they had decided to move on with another candidate.
