Michael apparently doesn't know how to read as all of my direct professional information can be found conveniently on my resume (as one can assume) but he keep asking me for minor details.
People want to work for leaders who have a keen attention to detail. More, so who respect candidates in terms of the value they've created in the past and the possibilities for the future.
If Michael is breezing through applicant's resumes and not even acknowledging details about the candidate -- then that is a sign of HORRIBLE leadership and management skills.
