I applied online after finding the job listing, then was able to choose a day and schedule the interview. On the day of the interview we sat at a table in the restaurant and I talked with the hiring manager. The hiring manager and all of the staff are really nice.

When turning in my paper application, a manager sat down with me and invited me back to interview with the host manager. Came in the next day and he hired me. Very simple, few questions were asked.
