Short. Only asked about three questions. Nothing really exciting. Pretty basic questions. Wanted me to have availability for all days and shifts. Which is typical with retail. Working weekends was important. As they make a lot of sales on weekends
Easy but multi level with a few Lowe’s workers of various levels. There was also basic safety training for employees on the first day in prep for working with ladders and other machinery

Super rude, wanted perfection for a dying workplace, not flexible with home life balance. Will take uni students and kids in school and expect them to go above and beyond for work
