I interviewed with the library supervisor and her assistant in person, and they were both quite friendly. Still it felt more formal than expected for a part time position for one day a week. They had a printed set list of questions and took a lot of notes from my answers. Ultimately it looks like they wanted a much more permanent addition to their team, which I understand given the amount of training they would need to give them.
