Review: Disorganized and Unprofessional Interview Process I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe’s hiring process. My interview was rescheduled at the last minute, and while I was driving to the new time, I received a notification that it had been canceled. I called the store to confirm, but the hiring manager was unavailable, and I was told someone would follow up to reschedule. Instead, I received an email the next day saying other candidates had been selected — without anyone ever interviewing me. The process was disorganized and frustrating. I rearranged my schedule and wasted valuable time for a company that clearly doesn't respect applicants' time or take the hiring process seriously. It’s especially discouraging for college students or young professionals looking to get their foot in the door. Very unprofessional.
