Got contacted by a recruiter and did a phone screen. During the phone screen the recruiter was nice until he asked about my work experience. When I had indicated that I was just below time for the experience they wanted, the recruiter was abrupt and a little rude to try to end the conversation. There was a 2 month difference between my work experience and the experience they preferred.
