Hired for the College Talent Program. Applied at college at a career fair, got called that week for a basic interview. Had to formally apply for a special job code online a little later. Second round of interviews occurred on campus in Mooresville, NC (they compensated me for the travel). We also got a tour and lunch. The hiring manager personally called me and told me they were extending an offer a few days later and then the acceptance letter arrived.
