I had 5 rounds interview with Lowe's. 2 technical(1.5 hours each), 1 round with Director of project, 1 round HR round, 1 round with Manger in US. After all these they set hope saying that offer letter will be released in a month or so, but finally due to org changes they didnot release offer letter. It's highly disappointing

IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HIRING DON'T SET UP INTERVIEW SESSIONS. I got an hour-long interview with two senior members of the team who didn't bother to switch on the camera for the first 30 mins. Towards the end, it was more of an entertainment session for them as they laughed. Even if a candidate is NOT A GOOD FIT, such experiences really humiliate and demotivate the candidate. Not at all a good company to work for if they have such members in the team with considerable experience behaving rudely and in such a way with a candidate. Just a friendly advice, If 5+3 =8, then 5+1+2 is also 8!!!!! There can be a different approach to your answer.
