Fairly easy. First applied online and then a recruiter called me to review overall qualifications and discuss role. Then set up call with potential peers. Was asked 5 situational questions. Then met with hiring manager for a few more situational questions.

Prepare ahead of the interview. Have a strong resume. Do some research. Ask questions. Be articulate and confident. Three stage interview. One forty five minutes to an hour per stage.

Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, then 2 more 1:1 interviews with other leaders, followed by final interview with VP. Very pleasant, relatively quick process from start to finish.
