I met with the talent department for an initial phone interview then a few days later had a second interview with the hiring manager via teams. We reviewed my experience then discussed different scenarios and how I would respond to them.

Smooth. Asked general customer care questions and asked my experience in the construction field as well as my experience with customer service. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They also asked question about safety and security and there was also a math question
