Most unfair interview process which they don't care about improving. HR called me for screening and scheduled the interview almost a month later. On the first round interviewer shared a link of online IDE which doesn't work and crashes frequently. I completed the codea anyhow with the IDE crashing multiple time. Second round was live coding session. The IDE shared by interviewer. I started coding but again it crashed 4-5 times. The interviewer also didn't care about the fact that the IDE doesn't work. After the interview session I informed the HR about the fact. And they rejected my profile.
