My first interview was one on one with the Human Resources Manager. The second interview was with the Assistant Store Manager, the third with the Store Manager. After meeting with the Store Manager I was given a drug test. They also did a background check on me. While being interviewed I was asked a wide range of questions. During the first interview I was basically asked about my previous experience as a cashier and what my current/previous jobs consisted of. As the interview process went on, I was asked more detailed questions. For example the manager would ask give me a certain instance where I would be dealing with a certain type of customer and they asked me what I would do in that case. They also asked me about how I liked working at my current/previous job(s) and why or why not I liked working there. A question they asked me that stood out was when they asked me what I thought the ideal manager is and what kind of manager I feel is best to work with. They were also interested in the type of environment I like to work in.
