Expect a long hiring process. Starting with HR Phone Interview, Hiring Manager Phone Interview, moving into in-person interviews. In-person interviews included solo interviews with Hiring Manager, Senior VP of Department, VP of Department, and 3 peers. Group interview of 4 direct reports. Nothing difficult in the interview, just drawn out due to the difficulty of scheduling anyone in upper management for availability on the same day. Once job offered, the hiring process took about 2 weeks which is due to HR paperwork, Business logistics for office and phone, and mostly for IT resources needed to obtain laptop and software.
