Applied online. Received an email from "Lowes Recruiter". Call was a friendly chat, almost too informal. More of a conversation than anything, like getting to know someone. I believe he was driving in his car.

Made up of three steps. First, you may or may not get to speak with a recruiter to get a baseline. I spoke with a recruiter for 30 minutes before ever getting any interviews. I received a 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I went to a panel that included 3 1-hour interviews with either peers of the hiring manager or director-level leader of the hiring manager.
