J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lowe's Home Improvement (Virginia)
Entretien
I was first contacted by a 'stand-in' HR person, who scheduled an interview. The interview was mainly questions involving situational experience such as: "Describe a time when you made a mistake and what did you do?", "Describe a time when you worked with a co-worker on a project and how did you make sure the project was finished as expected", Describe a time when you went out of your way to help a customer", etc. I was then called back in a few weeks for an interview with the Admin manager, who asked the same type of questions. There is a grading scale for answers (though it would seem a bit subjective, depending on who is doing the interview). I think it took a week or two for them to call with the job offer.

It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.

Everything was online and I had to schedule an appointment for an interview, then a 10 minute conversation in store about why I want to work there and what hours I want. I was hired on the spot

They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
